2010 “We Have A Dream,” Recital InformationDATE: Saturday, June 5th at 11:00 a.m. Students need to arrive at 10:00 a.m.LOCATION: Bethesda Church, Weatherly Hall. A Meet & Greet will follow. The address is 1800 S. Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan. DRESS REHEARSAL: Friday, June 4th 6:00-7:30 p.m. TICKETS: $5 and go on sale April 1st. Tickets at the door will be $8. There will be no flash photography during the recital. Project Dream Portraits will be provided by Captured Photography. Pictures will be taken at the Dress Rehearsal. A Class picture will be taken and individual portraits will be taken should you order them. Students should dress and wear their hair as they will for the recital. Pre-payment order forms will be sent home and should be brought with student at the Dress Rehearsal. (capturedphotography.org) Video Production: Professional Videos will be provided by Stone Bridge Productions, David Peterson. The cost will be $25 and you can order them at the recital. (www.stonebridgeprods.com) LISTED BELOW ARE COSTUME REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RECITAL. Princess Ballerinas & Ballet: Pink tights (no footless tights) & pink ballet shoes (Payless Shoes) Hair in bun and away from face. Jazz & Little Jazz: Skin-Tone Matching Tights with black jazz shoes (Payless Shoes) Hair should be worn up and away from face. Modern/Contemporary: Skin-Tone Matching Tights with skin-tone matching modern shoes. Hair pulled away from face. Hip Hop: Nice jeans & clean black tennis shoes. Girls should have hair pulled away from face. I Love to Sing: Black pants or skirts with dress shoes. Boys will need white collar shirts. Sing & Act Your Heart Out: Full costumes will be provided. No shoes needed. FLOWERS: You can celebrate your child’s performance with flowers! There wil be flowers available this year for purchase at the recital. All proceeds will go toward Project Dream Scholarships. |
